What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2017? We celebrated our 37th anniversary with 20 brokers...breaking last year's record for completed sales and consulting projects.

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2017? In addition to numerous million dollar restaurant deals, our hotel division, THE HOTEL EXCHANGE, is representing a $40M hotel sale in the Hamptons.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2018? With the euphoria created by Trump's apparently successful tax system's overhaul, there appears to be a plethora of companies with money to feed the masses of commercial projects. Merger & acquisitions this coming year should eclipse all prior years. The roads are paved with gold!
