How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career: In this industry, relationships and client service is essential to delivering a successful project, and I take pride in bringing my knowledge and technical building skills—especially as a women in the industry—to the table each and every day. As a project manager, I oversee various teams—from subcontractors and owners—which make communication critical to our success.
