How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career: From the beginning of my career, I wanted to be the best I could be in my field.  I learned the value of positive thinking early on, and while everyone encounters obstacles at one time or another, I view them as challenges, which makes it much easier for me to overcome them.
