Why the A/E/C Industry? All aspects of the AEC industry impact people through their environment.  Although we may not be researching the next life-saving therapy, we’re providing a safe, reliable, clean environment for scientists.  Likewise, we’re not developing the next breakthrough application, but we do create collaborative, technology rich spaces that encourage people to seamlessly interact and share ideas locally and across the globe.

If you had to choose one word to explain why you do what you do, which one most suits you? And why? Impact best describes what drives me.  As a byproduct of successfully delivering a construction project, we are fortunate to not only impact the new occupants through their environment, but also their work product, and their customers.

Advice/Keys to Success: Key qualities: positive attitude, curiosity and gumption
