What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2019?
2019 was a year of enormous growth for WoodCraft Designers and Builders with over 150 commercial millwork projects completed. Two of the most notable projects were The Club at New Seabury renovation and the new Cape Cod Five’s headquarters in Hyannis. The Club at New Seabury truly allowed our design-build capabilities to shine. Working with S3 Design’s architectural renderings, we provided the complete design, fabrication, and installation of $1M of custom millwork. All of which was completed in an aggressive 20 week schedule. The new Cape Cod Five headquarters presented us with another opportunity to complete $1M in millwork working with Dellbrook JKS and Brown Lindquist Fenuccio Raber Architects. The project included 2,000 s/f of custom panels, 3,000 s/f of fabric panels, and multiple levels of custom casework. The WoodCraft team is very proud to have been a part of these projects.
