Cushman & Wakefield leases 13,860 s/f to Rochdale Securities

Cushman & Wakefield recently signed the first new tenant, Rochdale Securities, to the newly renovated 750 East Main St., a 103,000 s/f Class A office building in downtown Stamford. Cushman & Wakefield, the property's exclusive leasing agent, said that Rochdale Securities signed a seven-year lease to occupy 13,860 s/f on the seventh floor of the 11-story building. Steve Baker, senior director and Adam Klimek, associate director, of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, 750 Stamford Partners LLC, an entity managed by Martin Sands. Colin Reilly of CBRE represented Rochdale Securities.
