W&M Props. leases 9,084 s/f at MerrittView

Norwalk, CT The Fairfield County Community Foundation, Inc. has established its headquarters at MerrittView, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing an managing agent for the Class A office building.

The foundation will occupy 9,084 s/f on the fourth floor for a term of ten years.

Newman and W&M senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the landlord. Gene Rubino of Plaza Realty & Management Corp. represented the tenant.
