Build out at The Landing at Commerce Way/Colony Place nearly complete

Historic Plymouth has been attracting commerce since the Pilgrims landed in 1620. Over the centuries, beyond its historic roots, Plymouth has been a bustling seaport, manufacturing center and most recently, a tourist destination. One of the largest town areas in the state, Plymouth has also attracted home owners due to its relatively affordable home prices. As a result, commercial development has followed. The Landing at Commerce Way/Colony Place are two retail developments that straddle Commerce Way. They represent the latest projects in this upcoming area. The tenant mix includes Wal-Mart, Circuit City, Dick's Sporting Goods, Sam's Club, Olive Garden, Coldwater Creek, J Jill, Hallmark, Ulta, Moes Southwest Grill, Panera Bread, Coldstone, Starbucks, Justice for Girls, D'Angelo, Jos. A. Banks, Talbots, Ann Taylor Loft and a number of national restaurant chains. The tenant mix at The Landing at Commerce Way/Colony Place includes Sovereign Bank, Wendy's, HarborOne Credit Union and Dunkin' Donuts. An additional and final pad awaits tenants. With 17,000 s/f available, and dedicated parking of 75 spaces, the owners will build and/or subdivide to suit. Preferenced uses are retail, offices and related service uses. With build out nearly complete in this area, and with an attractive traffic count, The Landing at Commerce Way/Colony Place await their final tenants.
