O,R&L Comm'l. sells $2.1m retail redevelopment

Westport, CT Jay Morris and Phil Gagnon, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently represented the seller in the sale of a 6.22 acre site at 2640 Berlin Tpke. in Newington for $2.1 million

The site was improved with an industrial building occupied by JDC Enterprises but was purchased by Aldi Inc. for redevelopment with an Aldi grocery store. Atlantic Retail Properties represented the buyer.
