GVA Williams brokers 21,109 s/f lease for HNTB

John Hennessey and Peter Bean of GVA Williams represented HNTB, a provider of professional services in the transportation, architecture and federal sectors, in their 21,109 s/f lease at 31 St. James Ave. The landlord, Capital Properties, was represented by Tim Lyne and Peter Conlin of CBRE New England. HNTB moved from 75 State St. and chose the 31 St. James Ave. space, to which they expect to relocate in April, as it provides close proximity to public transportation, the excellent amenities of the Back Bay, and the ease and accessibility to their client base.
