Chiofaro Co. signs three new tenants totaling 23,341 s/f

Boston, MA The Chiofaro Company has signed three new tenants at One International Place totaling 23,341 s/f. Bessemer Trust has leased 2,975 s/f. Lee Hecht Harrison leased 2,397 s/f and LeClair Ryan leased 17,969 s/f.

The landlord was represented by James Brady, Gil Dailey, Dave Martel, Mark Roopenian, Don Chiofaro, and Liz Perkins.

Cushman & Wakefield's Jim Thomson and Daniel Levine represented LeClair, Michael Zahornacky represented Lee Hecht, and Ted Wheatley brokered the lease for Bessemer.
