Paramount Properties sells 13,000 s/f retail center for $1.755 million
John Cregan of Paramount Properties has sold a three-building, retail/office complex at 265-297 Providence St. The 13,000 s/f center is 93% leased.
Cregan of Paramount Properties Group represented the seller LaCroix Properties. Raymond Yee of Meiland Real Estate represented the buyer, Henry Johnson in this sale.
