Galvin and Barber of H. Pearce broker $1.825 million sale

New Haven, CT Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and Phil Barber of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate have sold a 10 unit residential condominium complex near Yale.

Galvin and Barber represented the seller of Edgewood Commons, on Howe and Edgewood Sts.

The sale price was $1.825 million. Robert McAdams of Real Living Now Realty Co. represented the buyer.
