Seed of Coldwell Banker Weeks sells 1,500 s/f bldg.

New home of Kitchen Cravings Restaurant

Gilford, NH Bill Seed, broker associate of Coldwell Banker Commercial Weeks Associates, negotiated the $90,000 sale of a former bank property located on Rte. 11 and Airport Rd.

Located adjacent to the Laconia Airport, the 1,500 s/f building will be the home of Kitchen Cravings Restaurant, owned and operated by Bill and Sally Bickford of Gilford.

The building is being completely renovated with at June opening scheduled.
