Bloomfield, CT According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Point Lighting Corp. has renewed its 7,956 s/f lease at 61 West Dudley Town Rd. The 24,000 s/f multi-tenant industrial building is owned by Wales Realty LLC. Mark Duclos, Sherri Thompson, Alan Bolduc and David Murdock of Sentry brokered the transaction.
