Westerly, RI John Cregan of Paramount Properties has leased 3,500 s/f of office space at Merchant's Sq., 55 Beach St.

The tenants were Allstate Insurance, Westerly Radiology Associates and Fifth Level, LLC.

Cregan represented the Landlord, LaCroix Properties and procured the tenants.
