West River Cafe

Providence, RI West River Café has opened in a newly renovated 3,000 s/f space at West River Center, an historic rehabilitation project at 148 West River St.

Amaral Revite Corp. was the design-builder for the project in the 100,000 s/f former RI Tool Company building which was built circa 1860.

Major tenants include RI Secretary of State's office, IKON Office Solutions and Lifespan. The property is currently 80% occupied.
