Wise Construction completes 10,000 s/f Biogen project at 10 Cambridge Center

Cambridge, MA Wise Construction Corporation has recently completed the renovation of 10,000 s/f of office space at Biogen Idec's 10 Cambridge Center location.

Biogen is a global leader in the discovery, development, manufacturing and commercialization of innovative therapies.

The construction project included structural upgrades to an office space for the legal department, the creation of a secure high density file storage area, conference rooms and improvements to food service areas.

Wise Construction worked in conjunction with the project design team of Signer Harris Architects, a Boston-based architectural design firm.

"This project tested our team given its unique phased renovation and special construction requirements. Anytime you have a project where the facility must remain operational during the construction, you're main concern is security and minimum disruption of the company's day-to-day operations. We succeeded in creating manageable construction environment for Biogen and we're pleased with the finals results."
