Wilmington, MA The Stubblebine Co. represented Wetmore Co. in the long term lease of the 88,000 s/f of industrial space at 326 Ballardvale St. The property, which is owned by RREEF, is located close to the intersection of I-495 and I-93.

Formed in 1945, Wetmore is the leading custom packing and crating company in New England. They will use the property as expansion of their operation.
