Zgutowicz joins High St. Equity Advisors as senior investment officer

According to High St. Equity Advisors, LLC, Andy Zgutowicz, formerly a senior investment officer for Chicago-based First Industrial, will join the company as senior vice president of National Accounts. In his new role, Zgutowicz will focus on sourcing and structuring co-investment transactions with High Street's investors, leveraging acquisition activity. Zgutowicz will work to increase the overall volume of acquisitions to allow High Street greater flexibility in its acquisitions within specific markets. While with First Industrial, a leading national industrial real estate investment trust, Zgutowicz worked on acquisitions, dispositions and joint venture equity transactions for 11 years. He received a finance degree from the University of Dayton, and his master's degree from the University of Chicago at the Graduate School of Business. Zgutowicz will relocate to Boston with his wife, Nancy, and their three children.
