Conrad Group sells Weymouth Office park for $3.232 million to Foxrock Props.

The Conrad Group, Inc. negotiated the sale of Weymouth Office Park on behalf of the owner, Weymouth Office Park, LLC. Weymouth Office Park at 541-555 Columbian St. and consists of 3 buildings totaling 32,790 s/f. The new owner, Foxrock Properties plans renovations to the property. According to Robert Conrad, president of Conrad Group, "With its proximity to South Shore Hospital, coupled with the hospital's expansion plans, there is an opportunity to convert the buildings to medical uses." Conrad was assisted by Jim McEvoy, senior VP of Conrad Group. The firm represented both sides. According to the Norfolk Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $3.232 million.
