Brown of Campanelli Cos. reps. both parties in two leases totaling 142,000 s/f

Boston based Jacobson Floral Supply, Inc. has signed a new lease for 40,000 s/f of warehouse space for the entire building located at 90 Campanelli Dr. in the AMB Campanelli Industrial Park. Also signed at the park was a lease renewal with Brewster Wallcovering Co. for 102,000 s/f located at 60 Campanelli Dr. Peter Brown, director of leasing for Campanelli, exclusive leasing agent for AMB Property Corp., represented both parties. "Brewster Wallcovering is a long-term valued tenant in the AMB Campanelli Industrial Park and we welcome Jacobson Floral as a new tenant expanding from Boston," said Brown. Bill Jacobson, president of Jacobson Floral Supply said, "Campanelli and AMB Property Corp. went out of their way to finalize a lease structure that accommodated our long-term growth."
