Worcester, MA Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between Vellumoid, Inc. of Worcester, the landlord, and Radio Oil Co., Inc. of Worcester for the property located along 54 Rockdale St. Radio Oil has leased 4,000 s/f of the 90,000 s/f building to accommodate its excess storage needs. The property is located near Rtes.12 and I-190.

Vellumoid, Inc. has a long tradition of manufacturing die cut gaskets and distributing gasketing materials for automotive original equipment manufacturers, automotive aftermarket, heavy truck and off-road vehicles, and small engine manufacturers and rebuilders.

Radio Oil Co., Inc. is one of the leading fuel and lubricant suppliers in central Massachusetts.
