Belliveau named director of development and legal counsel at Windover Dev.

Manchester, MA According to Windover Development, LLC of Manchester-by-the-Sea, Justin Belliveau has been named to the position of director of development and legal counsel. Belliveau joined Windover in January 2006 as a development project manager and was quickly named director of legal and finance. His new role includes overseeing the company's development activities including: acquisitions, permitting, financing and development.

Belliveau, a resident of Hamilton, graduated from Boston College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and a JD/MBA from the University of Utah in 2005. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006.
