Landmark Structures finishes $1.1m Farnham Court

South Lawrence, MA Landmark Structures Corp. has completed work for Lawrence Community Works on eight two-bedroom apartments, known as Farnham Court.

The $1.1 million project included the gut/rehab of three formerly vacant and severely neglected buildings. Each of the units in Farnham Court includes refinished hardwood floors, Energy Star windows, appliances and heating systems.  The affordable housing units will be available to eligible Lawrence families.
