Turner Const. selected as GC for $125m office building at Fan Pier One

Boston, MA Turner Construction Co. has been selected as general contractor for the $125 million office building planned at Fan Pier One, Marina Park Dr.

The developer, Fallon Co., chose Turner to construct the 500,000 s/f building.

The 18-story project is the first phase of the 21-acre master plan for the 9-acre waterfront community which will include residences, a hotel, marina, restaurant and retail space.
