Manchester, NH Charles Panasis, Benjamin Kelley and Todd Malouin of Brady Sullivan Properties' commercial team has completed another transaction.

The Moore Center Services, Inc. entered into a long term lease with the option to purchase in August 2007 and have exercised that option and closed for a total of 9,391 s/f.

The selling price was $1.177 million for Coolidge Mill Business Park at 97 Eddy Rd.

Michael Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties represented the buyer.
