Salem, NH Primrose Partners Group, LLC purchased a professional business office suite in The Shoppes at Breckenridge Plaza, 254 North Broadway.

The 2,745 s/f suite will be leased to MAG Mortgage Co.

The acquisition price according to the registry of deeds was $328,000.

The sale was handled for 254 North Broadway, LLC and Primrose Ptrs. by Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties.
