Mystic, CT Ann Buonocore, broker of The Buena Vista Real Estate Company recently represented the buyers, Whitehall Ave. LLC and Mystic Food & Beverage, Inc. of Conn., in the sale of The Best Western Hotel/Ground Round located on Whitehall Ave. off Exit 90 of Rte. 95.

The sale price of the 150-room hotel with amenities was $7.35 million.

The new owners are continuing with the Best Western flag and the Ground Round Restaurant franchise.
