Denton of NAI Hunneman brokers $4.425m sale for The Hamilton Co.

Manchester, NH NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of 7 Perimeter Rd., a 122,335 s/f office building, for $4.425 million.

The buyer, Inex Properties, was represented by Chip Denton, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman, who brokered a direct deal with the seller, The Hamilton Co.

The single-level, mixed-use office building at 7 Perimeter Rd. is an almost fully occupied property situated adjacent to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.

"Its desirable location in Manchester combined with the quality of the tenants make the property at 7 Perimeter Rd. a real trophy," said Denton. "NAI Hunneman is excited to be part of the burgeoning New Hampshire commercial real estate market."

The property is located near I-93 and I-293, about 20 miles from both Concord and Nashua, and about 50 miles from Boston.
