Hirshland and Taylor of T3 Advisors handle 19,537 s/f lease to Vertica

According to T3 Advisors, Vertica, a high-speed, self-tuning column-oriented SQL database management software for data warehousing and business intelligence, has relocated to 8 Federal St. which is managed by Gale Companies. T3 team members Roy Hirshland and Mike Taylor represented Vertica in the negotiations which resulted in the relocation and expansion into the 19,537 s/f office which is designed to accommodate Vertica's next phase of growth. Tyler Spring of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Gale International/Mack-Cali Realty Corp.
