Kelleher & Sadowsky brokers $350,000 sale to Tantara Corporation
William Kelleher IV, vice president, Sheldon Katz, vice president and James Umphrey, principal of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. of Worcester, represented F.W. Madigan Company, Inc. in the sale of 51, 53 and 54 Mason Sts., and 11 Parker St. The property, located in close proximity to heavily traveled Park Ave., was sold to Tantara Corporation for $350,000. The real estate is comprised of four parcels of land improved with a 3,400 s/f office building and a 1,600 s/f warehouse facility. The two buildings are currently occupied by F.W. Madigan Company, Inc.
