Westerly, RI Acella Construction Corp. completed the construction of the 28,000 s/f Westerly Crossing retail shell, which is owned by Carpionato Properties, Inc.

The project was completed in a six-month schedule. The complex foundations were completed in the winter allowing the project's completion, including paving and landscaping to be coordinated with adjacent projects.

The new building includes structural steel, masonry façade, an exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS) and an aluminum storefront, which is planned for five tenants, which will include an Olympia Sports.

Acella worked in conjunction with design team RGB Architecture.
