Billerica, MA The 87,200 s/f Hyster New England headquarters building at 159 Rangeway Rd. has been sold by Dickinson Development Corp. to 159 Rangeway Rd. Billerica, LLC for $6 million.

According to Dickinson Development president Mark Dickinson who acquired the building in 2000, then renovated and leased it back to Hyster.

CB Richard Ellis vice president of Investment Sales Gary Lemire negotiated the sale.
