Luers of Tamposi-Nash sells 44,000 s/f to Atrium Medical

William Luers, president of the Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the buyer of 29 Flagstone Dr.  The 44,000 s/f manufacturing plant on 4.571 acres was purchased for $3.3 million by Atrium Medical Corp., with locations in Germany, France, the UK, The Netherlands, and Australia. Luers represented the seller when the property was originally purchased by Parker Hannifin in 1999, who then completed a major renovation and expansion of the property for its manufacturing use.
