Bergeron of T3 Advisors represents Wakonda Tech. in 2,629 s/f lease

According to T3 Advisors, Wakonda Technologies, adds to the growing Cleantech community that is pushing to make Mass. the leader in this industry. Wakonda is commercializing a Virtual Single Crystal (VSC) photovoltaic technology that can be integrated into buildings, infrastructure and personal power applications. The new facility at 200 Boston Ave. has 2,629 s/f and will be used for future research and production of this technology that promises to bring lower costs due to its efficiency, lighter weight and flexibility. T3's CleanTech Practice Leader, David Bergeron represented Wakonda in the lease negotiations with the landlord, Cummings Properties.
