Blakely of TRB & Assoc. reps. Kent Realty in $6m sale of Wallace Plaza
TRB & Associates has brokered the sale of 353 John Fitch Hwy., Wallace Plaza Shopping Center & Storage Facility for $6 million. The 127,460 s/f plaza is anchored by Market Basket and Big Lots.

"TRB & Associates is extremely pleased to have been selected by Kent Realty to represent ownership on an exclusive basis and to have closed a very complicated transaction that involved a loan assumption with Wells Fargo, which says a mouth full! We are proud of our nearly 100% closing ratio and strong track-record of results. When a property is listed with TRB & Associates a full-scale marketing attack takes place, like no other, throughout the investment community until a mutually beneficial closing takes place" said Blakely.
Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 17 Ferolbink Way, for $4.5 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, sales associate of Mott & Chace
