Aho of O'Brien Commercial Props. arranges $650,000 sale for Williams
Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. recently represented Gary Williams of Bay State Pallet Co in the purchase of a 7,200 s/f building at 15 Foundation Ave.
Steven DeSisto of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
The sale price was $650,000 for the building and 2 acres of land.
