Broadway Ptrs. leases 91,424 s/f to CRA International

According to Broadway Partners, a 91,424 s/f lease renewal by CRA International at the John Hancock Tower has been completed. CRA International will maintain its world headquarters at the property with a lease extension through 2015. The 60-story, 1.7 million s/f tower features panoramic views and is home to many corporate tenants. Mark Roopenian, VP of leasing and asset management for Broadway Partners said, "Today's announcement illustrates the John Hancock Tower's continuing appeal as Boston's best-known and most desirable business address." Representing CRA was Lauren Phelan Lipscomb and Mary Ann Marino and Andrew Hoar, president of CBRE New England who said :We were very pleased with the high level of professional and creativity exhibited by the Broadway team during this lease negotiation, which was beneficial to both parties. Broadway Partners was represented by Dave Martel, Gil Dailey, Bill Anderson and Monica Cost of Cushman & Wakefield.
