Bernard Gibbons of ABG Commercial completed three transactions. *50,000 s/f lease to Boston Paintball relocating from 43 Foley St. Somerville to 111 Boston St. The lessor is Great Northern Site Corp. and the lessee is Boston Paintball Inc. The warehouse is to be used as an entertainment center. *20,000 s/f lease to Personalized Fitness at 1587 Hyde Park Ave. The warehouse was converted to a full service gym. Country Lane Inc. is the lessor.    *3,000 s/f office building at 328 Broadway in Somerville sold by 328 Broadway LLC to Broadway Realty Trust for $933,000. Gibbons was the sole broker in all three transactions
