Luers of Tamposi-Nash sells 147,000 s/f mfg. plant to Sparton Tech. for $6.68m

William Luers, president of the Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group, Inc., represented both buyer and seller in the sale of 8 Hampshire Dr.  The 147,000 s/f manufacturing plant on 14+ acres was purchased for $6.68 million by Sparton Technology Corp., a metal fabricator. The seller was the Sofft Shoe Company, Inc./H.H. Brown, which has moved its sales and administrative offices to a new facility located in Andover, Mass., and its warehouse to its Dexter, ME facility.
