Giorgio of Matthews Comm'l. Props. brokers $2.6 million sale
Charles Giorgio of Matthews Commercial Properties completed the sale of MJM Self Storage located at 240 Blacks Rd.
The 426-unit self storage facility situated on 2.8 acres of land was built in 2002. Units range in size from 5x5 to 10x25. 135 of the units are climate controlled. The entire facility is video monitored and alarmed.
MJM Self Storage was purchased for $2.6 million by AZA Properties, LLC.
