Dimyan of Tower Realty sells 3 props. for $5.28m
Michael Dimyan, vice president of Tower Realty Corp., recently completed three investment transactions totaling $5.28 million. The sales include a 17,000 s/f office building in Ridgefield, a 5,000 s/f medical building with nine apartments on North St. in Danbury, and a 15,000 s/f strip center with ten tenants on Padanaram Rd. in Danbury.
