Glickman, Kovago & Co. brokers 2,137 s/f lease to Spoil'd clothing store

Worcester, MA Glickman, Kovago & Company brokered a lease agreement for a 2,137 s/f retail space located at 305 Shrewsbury St. to Spoil'd.

Spoil'd specializes in hip and fashionable clothing including designer jeans and specialty t-shirts.

This will be a second location for the retailer which opened its first boutique in Westborough in 2007.

Michael Jacobs and Peter Kovago handled the transaction.
