Feiner of MG Comm'l. handled 2,500 s/f lease for Tim Hortons Inc.
Dan Feiner, senior vice president, of MG Commercial representing Beef-Hearth, Inc completed a lease with Tim Hortons, Inc. for a 2,500 s/f free standing building located at 63 Airport Rd. Tim Hortons Inc. operates over 2,700 units in Canada and over 300 units in the U.S. It is the largest fast food restaurant chain in Canada (and the fourth-largest in all of North America) based on sales. Tim Hortons chose this site because it is located in a very active retail shopping area with a traffic count close to 40,000 cars per day.
