Boylston Realty Advisors arranges five leases totaling 21,400 s/f

Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage and development advisory services, has arranged five leases. The first is Advance Auto Parts signed a multi-year lease for 7,800 s/f at 9 Everett St. at Bell Circle Plaza in Revere, Mass. Bell Circle Plaza is a new 50,000 s/f retail center located three miles northeast of Boston at the junction of Rte. 16 and Rte. 1A. Prior to the redevelopment, Advance Auto was operating on the site. Boylston Realty orchestrated the relocation along with a new lease as part of the redevelopment process. T-Mobile has also entered into a lease at the Bell Circle Plaza. T-Mobile occupies a 2,600 s/f end cap at 3 Everett St., following the completion of the retail center located in the densely populated Bell Circle. Boylston Realty Advisors acted as a consultant to the owner of the property during the leasing process, along with Strategic Retail Advisors, the landlords broker. T-Mobile joins Advance Auto Parts as the first two national tenants at the new shopping center. Boylston Realty has also entered into a lease agreement with Max Discount Shop, and with Vintner's Cellar Wilmington, a custom winery located at 335-337 Main St. in Wilmington. Max Discount Shop, a general merchandise and clothing store is occupying approximately 5,000 s/f of the newly renovated 12,000 s/f retail center on Rte. 38 just minutes from the MBTA Commuter Rail. Max Discount, that is expected to occupy the premises by the end of the year, joins Supercuts, Hancox Kitchens and Vintner's Cellar Wilmington already in the building leaving only a 2,200 s/f end cap available for lease. Vintner's Cellar, a boutique winery specializing in wine made directly on the premises, is occupying 3,000 s/f of the newly renovated retail strip center Boylston Realty Advisors has also signed a lease with King of Swing Golf & Hockey located at 55 American Legion Highway in Revere. King of Swing Golf & Hockey is a growing retail store specializing in golf and hockey supplies and clothing. In addition, the store will offer use of three state-of-the-art golf simulators. Boylston Realty worked with the tenant to accommodate it's expanding business, doubling their space to 3,000 s/f within a 15,000 s/f retail/office building adjacent to the new Bell Circle Shopping Center. Boylston Realty reports that King of Swing Golf & Hockey will be open for business while the new space is being readied for an expansion opening in October.
