CBRE's Reardon and Daglio broker $975,000 sale for Hendricks Comm'l.

CB Richard Ellis, has brokered the sale of 25 West St. on behalf of Hendricks Commercial Properties for $975,000. CB Richard Ellis' Mark Reardon, executive vice president/partner and Robert Daglio, SIOR and senior vice president/partner, represented the owner, Hendricks Commercial; Kathleen Joppru of Prudential Conn. Realty represented the buyer, Swanson Holdings, LLC. "25 West St. is an excellent industrial facility and we wish to thank CB Richard Ellis, in particular Mark Reardon, Bob Daglio and Diane Harris, for their assistance throughout this transaction," said Jim Reseburg of Hendricks. 25 West St. is 30,736 s/f industrial warehouse located near I-384. Built in 1990, the property is on 7.5 acres and is adjacent to Manchester.
