Wise completes 22,000 s/f build-out for Beal Companies

Wise Construction Corp. has completed a 22,000 s/f office build-out for Next Jump, on behalf of the landlord, The Beal Cos., at One Kendall Sq. Construction of the build-out and interior for Next Jump featured loft-style office space with interior glazing and meeting rooms. The facility also has a fitness center with a batting cage. Wise Const. was hired by Beal Cos. for the project. The Beal Cos. owns and manages One Kendall Sq., which is in the Kendall/MIT technology and life-science cluster. "The new build-out truly reflects Next Jump's mission, culture and values," said John Wise, president of Wise Const. "We're very pleased to have completed this project on time." Harrison Mulhern Architects served as project architect.
