King of King & Newton negotiates $1.85m sale of 100 apartment units in Holyoke

Holyoke, MA Holyoke Financial Inc. has sold its portfolio of apartments to DB, LLC which includes 100 units located in ten locations throughout the city and all three and four-story walk-up brick buildings.

Thomas King, CCIM of King & Newton, LLC commercial real estate negotiated the sale.

The selling price was $1.85 million and financing was provided by Park National Bank of Illinois.
