Dunn of Kelleher & Sadowsky leases 8,198 s/f to Patel Brothers

Shrewsbury, MA The Patel Brothers of Maspeth, N.Y. are moving forward with their plan to open a high-end Indian-Asian grocery store in Shrewsbury. This will be their second store in Massachusetts with the other location in Waltham. They also have two locations in New York, Jackson Heights and Hicksville.

The Patel Brothers have secured a long term lease for 8,198 s/f of retail space at 504 Boston Tpke. Peter Dunn of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates brokered the transaction.
